Lobel Weiland Golden Friedman LLP is pleased to announce that partner, Beth E. Gaschen has been selected to the 2016 Southern California Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers magazine.
Gaschen assists clients in their bankruptcy and insolvency matters, including business and bankruptcy-related litigation. She represents chapter 11 debtors, trustees, official committees, secured and unsecured creditors, and others, in chapter 7 and chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. Gaschen was a Director of the Orange County Bankruptcy Forum, and as its President in 2013 and 2014.
Prior to joining the firm, Gaschen served a three-year judicial clerkship for the Honorable Erithe A. Smith, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Central District of California. She also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Terry J. Hatter, Jr., United States District Court Judge for the Central District of California, and the Honorable John E. Ryan, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Central District of California.
